JOB OBJECTIVE
Metalabs is a startup organization backed by one of the single largest real estate developers globally who are building a metaverse that will act as a platform where creators can tap into tools for gaming, Virtual Reality, NFTs and retail.

- Define, plan and implement community engagement strategies to drive product awareness and new games discovery.Â
- This may include tournaments, quizzes, AMAs and other engaging actions Manage the operational collaboration with partners to define and execute collaborative actions on our community
- You will manage and grow the community while creating an inclusive environment for all users, from creators, fans, and event organizers, to get involved and help support the platform.Â
- This is a hands-on and external facing role. You will wear many hats with the top priorities being community activations, creating education, and regular communication to the fans.Â
- This role will also strategize, manage and run regular events (online and some in-person) to encourage our fans to get involved with the app, our Partners (gaming creators) and our Discord.Â
- Work closely with Product, Customer Support and Marketing to develop appropriate communications that support new features and marketing campaigns to community membersÂ
- Ensure customer happiness by responding to and following through on comments or queries in a timely and friendly manner
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEÂ
- Proven work experience (3+ years) in community management or similar role within the blockchain, gaming, fintech, software or start-up industriesÂ
- Must be experienced in driving community engagement strategies and initiatives, ideally from ground up.Â
- Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills in English (and can generate engaging content that drive conversations
- Extensive & and evidential experience of working with Discord.Â
- Hands on experience in social media management and awareness of online marketing strategies.Â
