As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the vision and roadmap of key product lines at CoinMarketCap. Youâre at the intersection of what the user wants and what the business needs, and are responsible for setting the product strategy. From the get-go, you will be working on products that touch the lives of millions of people around the world daily, and must therefore understand and empathize with users to build an awesome and engaging experience. Youâll need to make decisions based on data and drive analyses to inform priorities and decisions across your products. Furthermore, as a Product Manager, you will need to communicate effectively with many groups across the organization, as well as CoinMarketCapâs leadership team. Youâll bring excellent teamwork and collaboration skills as well as thought leadership.
In this role youâll be specifically working on AI-related products at CMC, including but not limited to working on and building on top of LLMs, developing automated workflows that produce world-class AI-generated content, connecting our existing products with AI-powered services and APIs, and more. Youâll need to be the expert on the ever-evolving AI product landscape to ensure we are up to speed with the latest available tools we can integrate into our products. This role requires someone who is both highly creative and technical, while always demonstrating great business acumen.
Qualifications:
1. Deep experience building and releasing AI-related products such as AI models, chatbots, recommendation systems, or generative AI tools
2. A Bachelorâs degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics); MBA or Masterâs degree in a technical field is a plus
3. Knowledge of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain
4. Fluency in English

2.Data proficiency: Proven ability to leverage data and analytics, and to listen to your users, to inform decisions and prioritization
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): convey complex messages clearly and simply, and driving conviction across stakeholders
4. Bias for action: results-driven mindset, focused on execution and with a hands-on approach, and a track record of launching successful products
5. Entrepreneurial: be a self-starter and a problem-solver who is effective at breaking down complex issues in a fast-paced environment
6.Independent: self-disciplined and motivated, and capable of working both independently and in a dynamic team environment
Responsibilities:
1. Define the vision and roadmap for AI products at CMC
2. Write clear and succinct user stories and product requirement documents
3. Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders
4. Collect data (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform product direction
5. Evaluate the products and features you launch methodically and critically
6. Understand the competitive and partner landscape
7. Challenge assumptions and think outside the box to find ways to improve your products
8. Strong sense of UX and UI design, and ability to work effectively with designers
