Web3 Analyst, CCX - Training

What You'll Do:

• Design curricula, courses, and modules for product, tools, skills training for CX team
• Develop eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, slides, etc to create learning solutions
• Perform administrative functions within team's LMS (when applicable)
• Facilitate training sessions in-person and virtual
• Own updates and maintenance training materials

What We're Looking for:

• No formal degree is required for this position.
• 3-4 years within a customer experience organization
• 1-2 years experience on a training, learning & development, or knowledge management team
• Experience with content authoring and LMS software
• Able to draw conclusions from basic data sets
• Experience with A-Z training courses (from design, through development, facilitation, and assessment)
• Most excellent communication skills
• Experience with Zendesk and Jira is a bonus
• Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a big plus.
