Web3 Backend Developer (Contract to Full-Time)

Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Backend Engineer to join our team. As a rapidly growing data infrastructure company, we offer an exciting opportunity for an individual that is eager to advance quickly with a remote team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine PoCs tailored to customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

- Actively engage with customers through Slack, providing timely support, gathering feedback, and ensuring successful onboarding.

- Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation, managing tasks and time efficiently without constant supervision.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in backend development.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively + autonomously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders via Slack.

- Experience with customer support or client-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory. 

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
