Job Description:

We are seeking a Blockchain Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade blockchain solutions within a financial services environment. The role involves building secure, scalable architectures integrating distributed ledger technologies with core banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead blockchain and Web3-based architectures
• Build hybrid solutions integrating DLT with banking and payment systems
• Define on-chain vs off-chain architecture (smart contracts, APIs)
• Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory compliance
• Guide teams on blockchain adoption and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive architecture strategy

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Blockchain / Distributed Ledger Technologies
• Knowledge of smart contracts and digital assets
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture
• Strong background in cloud, security, and system design
• Experience in financial services / payments / settlements

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with permissioned blockchain platforms
• Knowledge of identity, privacy, and governance models
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
