Blockchain Protocol Engineer

• We are creating an open-source decentralized cloud platform for large foundation models, a general form of AI that will have an outsized impact on industry and society.
• As part of the team, you will be a core member of the group that designs and delivers this platform and in the process creates equitable access to AI and computing.
• We all have deep experience in building big products used by billions of people daily and are backed by top silicon valley investors.

Requirements

• Experience building cryptographic and cryptoeconomic protocols.
• Experience with peer-to-peer network topologies or applications.
• Deep experience with Solidity or another smart contract language.
• Expert level programmer in Go & Python.
• Proficiency programming with open-source libraries and blockchain APIs.
• Experience programming with Solidity or WASM.
• Ability to write, well-tested, critical, production-quality code.
• 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the smart contracts that operate the decentralized Together computer.
• Write specs of modules and milestones for the protocol.
• Develop compute orchestration, market clearing, clustering and other sub-protocols.
• Analyze and implement cryptoeconomic mechanisms.
• Write documentation for the protocol.
