What You’ll Do

• Build, define, and deploy a comprehensive online community strategy
• Oversee all social media content and communication among various social media platforms and ensure communication aligns with our marketing strategy
• Drive social media strategy and execution
• Create and execute initiatives for brand awareness
• Monitor online content and engagement
• Lead community growth through several new and creative initiatives
• Create online community events to boost brand awareness
• Built relationships with customers and various online communities
• Manage feedback from community interactions.
• Be the main contact for customer inquiries

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience leading growth and managing communities
• Extensive social media, PR and promotional events experience
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with audiences
• Be comfortable with cross-functional work across marketing, product, engineering, legal, and communication
• Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication, and relationship building
