Web3 & Discord Community Manager with deep hands-on expertise in the

Web3/crypto/NFT/token

spaces and a passion for building and fostering communities.

Reporting to the CMO, the right candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and must thrive in a fast-paced startup environment to grow GigaStar’s Discord community.The right candidate will be proactive (not reactive), self-motivated, and collaborative and must have a proven background in building and managing events and bounties in Discord communities with 25K+ members, and be incredibly active in Web3 and token communities.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and manage online activities, and community events, set up and run monthly bounties, Drop activations, live streams, and incentives to attract and retain new members and keep our vibrant Creator and Investor communities engagedAct as a key advisor on best practices in Web3, tokenization processes, and general tokenomicsIdeate guerilla marketing for growing our community in Discord, Twitter Spaces, Reddit, and moreAdopt GigaStar’s brand voice and core messages while following compliance best practicesHelp manage support requests and provide assistance with energy, empathy, and a welcoming spirit of Creator and Fan community cultivationSet up new Discord channels for Creators and their Investors, monitor audience activity, and leverage bots and tools to ensure a safe and welcoming communityAssist in creating posts and responses within GigaStar’s brand and compliance rulesCelebrate and surface key feedback and stories from our Creator and Investor communitiesShape the future of how we build trust and growth in new community segmentsEngage and collaborate with other Discord servers and Telegram accountsRecommend improvements of processes and tools for product adoption and greater outcomesSet and track program performance goals through data measurement tools and dashboardsReport on the results of each digital event, identify trends, manage GigaStar’s brand reputationQUALIFICATIONSU.S. work authorization required - No Visa sponsorshipPassion for the metaverse, blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, tokens, and all things Web33-5+ years of proven work experience as a Discord and social community builder

specialist/manager/moderator2-3 years of experience growing and managing
