The Role

We're looking for a Community Manager to own the day-to-day of Discord and Telegram communities for our casino and crypto clients. You'll be the voice of the brand inside the server — driving daily engagement, running promotions, moderating, and turning a quiet channel into one people check on their own.

This is a hands-on operator role, not a strategy role. You'll be in the chat every day.

What You'll Do

• Own daily engagement across client Discord and Telegram servers
• Plan and run comps, giveaways, and promotions that drive retention
• Moderate: enforce rules, remove scam and spam, manage bad actors
• Set up and maintain bots, roles, channels, and onboarding flows
• Escalate community sentiment and product issues to the client
• Report weekly on member growth, activity, and what's working
• Coordinate with our KOL and clipping teams so campaigns land in-server
• Document your processes so any account can be picked up cleanly

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years running Discord or Telegram communities, ideally for a brand or project
• Crypto or iGaming experience strongly preferred
• Native to Discord and X — you understand how these communities actually behave
• Available and responsive during peak hours, including some nights and weekends
• Calm under pressure. When withdrawals are delayed or a whale is upset, you handle it
• Organized and self-directed. Nobody is checking your task list

Nice to Have

• Experience with sportsbook, casino, or prediction market communities
• Familiarity with compliance limits on what can be said publicly in iGaming
• Basic design or video skills for in-server content
