Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal leader to drive initiatives, campaigns, and development of promotions
• Write, curate, and respond to social media posts on Twitter and manage content calendars
• Identify potential growth strategies and services for existing and prospective products and partnerships
• Work cross-functionally with teams to help build out product pipelines and launch strategies
• Conduct competitive analyses and continuous research on Injective’s business topics and market
• Foster new and old relationships with partners and community leaders
• Build and maintain overall social media strategy
• Design marketing materials and strategies to increase brand awareness both online and offline
• Generate, design, and analyze marketing and community outreach campaigns
• Identify and execute new consumer groups, markets, and marketing channels from which to create demand and increase user adoption and retention
• Produce weekly and monthly reports regarding social media and marketing presence
• Monitor market and competitors to assist overall marketing strategy

Requirements

• Possess a strong, proven interest in the crypto and DeFi space
• Prior crypto or DeFi experience is preferred (this can be informal experiences too!)
• Analytical and curious mindset
• Must be fluent in English
• Proven organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and demonstrate clear work processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Represents the values of the company and is a key member of the team
