Crypto Lawyer

5ireChain is looking for a Crypto Lawyer that will join the team!

Core responsibilities:

Manages company’s partnership agreements, joint ventures, and mergers.

Ensure that the company operations are fully compliant with all regulatory requirements and applicable law.

Communicate with foreign as well as domestic professionals

Provides legal guidance and counsel

Review client contracts

Registers client projects to SEC and maintains its compliance.

Provides commercialization assistance with licensing, selling, marketing and other commercial uses of clients’ IP assets.

Sufficient knowledge in private placement memorandums, regulation, and initial coin offerings and experience of corporate formation, corporate agreements, corporate compliance, general management of files.

Research and work with foreign and domestic jurisdictions.

Gives guidance on licensing agreements and the contractual agreements necessary to protect proprietary information, including non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.

Is an expert that covers the ff: areas which affects digital currencies accompanying regulatory hurdles, corporate and securities laws, intellectual property, banking compliance, private equity, privacy and cybersecurity.

Must have:

Highly knowledgeable in blockchain technology law

Knowledge in Financial services regulations and licensing processes.

With Experience at least 3-5 years as an Crypto lawyer in Blockchain, Financial Services, Fintech, or Banking company.

With strong problem-solving skills

Strong communication (verbal /written) and listening skills who can present complex information in a clear and compelling manner to various types of clients.
