Reporting to the Global Quality Assurance Lead, the Quality Assurance Senior is responsible for helping our regional CS sites to improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Quality performance. The incumbent will be measured by customer satisfaction results coupled with performance indicators that improves the customer interactions.
