Web3 Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $18k - $40k estimated

Nameless’s mission is to give our users full control over their NFT projects by providing a suite of tools, smart contracts, and APIs that cover the entire project development life cycle.

Who We Are Looking For

A Customer Service Representative that will act as a first point of contact and liaison, provide product/services information to our customers, answer questions and inquiries, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Manage large amounts of incoming emails and other communication
  • Provide customer service as a first point of contact
  • Identify and assess customers' wants and needs
  • Set expectations regarding Nameless delivery with customers
  • Manage a contact list, schedule calls and meetings
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process CRM accounts, and upload relevant documentation

  • Experience with client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Experience, familiarity, and/or passion for the Web3 space
