Web3 Customer Service(South Korea)

Compensation: $36k - $72k estimated

Location: Seoul, Seoul, South Korea

Job Responsibilities:

1. Solve user's questions, complaints, feedback and suggestions through online chat, email and other channels.

2. Handle work orders submitted by users, follow up problems, and provide solutions.

3. Responsible for truthfully and accurately recording user feedback, and do a good job of statistics and summarization.

4. Accurately record user feedback BUG, and actively follow up and solve it.

5. Complete other tasks according to work needs.

Job Requirements:

1. Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to calmly deal with emergencies and know how to calm the emotions of users.

2. Have patience and a strong sense of responsibility, have a strong ability to analyze problems and data processing, and have good stress resistance.

3. Have at least 1 year of customer service experience in the cryptocurrency industry, love the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, and love customer service.

4. Have a good team spirit, communicate well with other teams according to work needs, and complete the work together.

5. Active and motivated, with a serious working attitude and able to work steadily for a long time.
