Web3 DeFi Product Manager

We are seeking a multi-disciplinary DeFi Product Manager that is looking to help reduce inequality and build a world with more equal economic opportunity for all, through leveraging DeFi token economics and product design.

We're passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes to create a world-class dapp in our chaotic-but-fun, decentralized, remote-friendly, start-up environment— do apply. What you'll get to work on:

GoodDollar protocol is a community-driven universal basic income governed by its member, that leverages financial and social incentives to deliver a scalable model to put free crypto in the hands of billions around the world.

You will be responsible for translating smart contract functionality into a fulfilling user experience in a Web3 Dapp including token distribution, token utility, rewards tokenomics and decentralized gov.

As the DeFi Product Manager, you are responsible for working with the project founders and community to define and deliver on a product strategy that drives activity into the protocol.

The right candidate will have 5-10 product management experience, supercharged with passion and curiosity for leveraging DeFi, DAOs, bonding curves, and more. You should be comfortable with economics, game theory, and systems thinking. You are curious, love living in the world of DeFi, and have fun thinking about ways to drive more value into the protocol.

You passionately believe that DeFi is the pathway for greater financial inclusion, and want to spend your time and energy on advancing this cause.

Your days may include talking to the community of users and helping to design a new feature, working with the CTO and founding team to develop and oversee a short and long-term roadmap, prioritize initiatives, open-source community building, explaining protocol functionality on-stage, and more.
