THE WORK:
Ripple is looking for a Design Intern to join Ripple's design team remotely, to help elevate the brand experience through visual communications online and offline. You will be responsible for working with our Director of Web Experience and Development to provide design support on a number of projects within marketing. The responsibilities include design and production of projects to create engaging websites, microsites, landing pages, and internal communications and training tools.
The ideal candidate has a passion for typography-driven design and grid systems, but also has their eye on the latest design trends. Candidates should be able to design within an established brand identity system, while pushing the direction forward. Projects could include infographics, social media campaigns, emails, crafting >
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement designs
- Build graphics and marketing collateral consistent with our brand image
- Build professional layout and artwork for online and offline channels.
- Support the design of UX flows and UI's for web products internal and external
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Working towards a degree in visual communication, graphic design
- Knowledge of typography and grid systems
- Experience or curiosity about interactive experiences
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Sketch
- Personal desire and eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest design and web trends
- Knowledge with HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, and JavaScript (a plus)
