About the Role:
As a Financial Analyst at Roma, you'll dive deep into financial data, providing crucial insights to drive strategic decision-making. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring financial stability, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and trends to extract actionable insights and recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to facilitate informed decision-making
- Monitor and evaluate our financial performance against established targets, identifying areas for improvement
- Assist in the development of financial models and projections to support long-term strategic planning
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization to align financial strategies with broader business initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial reporting and analysis
Qualifications & Skill Set required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role within the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of interpreting complex financial data and extracting meaningful insights
- Familiarity with Management Information Systems (MIS), accounting practices, and budgeting techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools for data analysis and modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared objectives
- Capability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving skills
