About Customer Success

The Customer Success team at ConsenSys is focused on exactly that: making our customers successful. We’re looking for people who will step towards a customer who is asking for help and respond with innovative and creative ideas to help them course-correct. What you’ll do

As a Full Stack Engineer on the Customer Success team, you will have the chance to help build new technologies and experiences for users of ConsenSys products across the Web3 ecosystem while getting a chance to take the lead on novel, technologically exciting projects!

It would be great if you brought this to the role

• Practical experience working as a software engineer working on enterprise-grade projects/startups for a number of years

• Expertise in at least one of the following disciplines:

  • Back-end development: Python
  • Front-end development: React.js
  • Blockchain/smart contract development: Solidity/Ethereum, Web3.js or Ethers.js library

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Willingness to constantly learn and improve, challenging yourself to stay at the top of your game

• Flexibility and ability to work well in a team, with a collaborative nature

• Experience working on agile projects in an enterprise setting

• Passion/understanding of blockchain technology
