Web3 Game Producer

ZTX is a web3 metaverse initiative jointly incubated by ZEPETO — a global leader in 3D metaverse with over 400 million users and over 3 million daily transactions of virtual items — and leading global blockchain organizations including Jump Crypto.

Building with mass adoption in mind, we are creating a web-based 3D open world with varying levels of gamification integrated as well as opportunities for users to monetize via ownership of digital assets and social interaction. Our goal is to empower creators and communities to build, play, and earn — a world where users of all backgrounds can chart their journeys into a world beyond the physical.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Game Producer to drive the development of asset pipelines, problem-solve obstacles, and push projects across the finish line ensuring the timely delivery of a top-quality product.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our executive leadership, design, 3D, engineering, and product teams to define the scope, milestones, and deliverables of the project
• Ensure alignment between asset development pipeline and co-development studio, ensuring all targets are being hit
• Assess and improve the team’s health and composition for maximum delivery
• Leverage Jira to track project speed, identify risks, and recommend mitigations
• Self-motivated, and effective time-management skills
• Act as a player advocate ensuring the highest level of usability, playability, and visual excitement
• Able to manage via influence as opposed to sole authority

About You:

• 5+ years experience as a game producer
• Deep understanding of the creative & product development process
• Experience working in a continuous delivery/deployment environment
• Experience working with agile software tools and agile project management processes
• Up-to-date knowledge of different game genres
• Experience in running the Agile project on Jira
• Extremely strong project management skills
• Energized to work with a fully decentralized team that spans multiple time zones

Bonus Points:

• Experience developing assets for Unity / Game Engines
• Experience with blockchain gaming
• If you've worked in a startup environment
• If you speak and write in Korean (but not necessary)
