Web3 Associate Game Producer

Job Description:

As an Associate Game Producer you will be responsible for assisting the production team in managing the development of Earn Alliance's  games, namely Last Remains. This role involves coordinating with various departments, tracking project progress, and ensuring that milestones are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

You will:

• Work on "Last Remains," a Zombie Sci-fi themed stealth PvEvP extraction game for the PC platform, as well as other games and gamification initiatives on the Earn Alliance Platform.

• Assist the Founder/Executive Producer in planning and executing development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Art, Design, Engineering, Marketing & Growth, BD, and HR, to ensure project requirements are clear and project goals and timelines are aligned.
• Be the master planner who tracks project production progress by creating and managing tasks on Jira and Asana, organizing daily and weekly meetings, and generating status and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Report the status and progress of projects to stakeholders through update meetings or detailed reports.
• Participate in QA and playtesting sessions to ensure our products meet high-quality standards for our players.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Have 2+ years of experience in game production, project management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of game development processes and project lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skill in English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Passion for video games and a solid understanding of different game genres and platforms.
