Your role at Finoverse

• Creation and production of graphic design artwork for branding campaigns, corporate identity, exhibitions, events, and other marketing materials, including but not limited to marketing kits, sales collateral, proposal, presentation deck, name cards, advertising, and public relations materials for the brand, and event materials, both digital and print

• Supporting the marketing and promotional efforts of the brand, its special events, and new initiatives planning and executing marketing activities regarding the digital ad, print ad, and PR

• Coordinate with Hong Kong teams, printing, and other related vendors to deliver promotion activities aligned with the brand guidelines
  

Who you are

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design or related disciplines

• At least 3 years or above of relevant graphic, artwork, and pre-press production experience

• Creative with good graphic sense, self-motivated

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently as well in a team

• Responsible and willing to work overtime

• Able to work under tight schedules

• Willing to take ownership at work but also support your team

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Working experience in startups/ small teams or the Event industry is a big plus
  

Abilities we are looking for

• Demonstrate creativity, aesthetic sensitivity, ability to multi-task, and project management

• A high degree of autonomy and responsibility while still working well in a team

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage, coordinate, and deliver multiple deadlines and work under pressure

• Develop and manage several projects concurrently while paying strict attention to detail

• Creative mindset and ability to explore new ideas

• Solid Experience in design promotion materials including cover design, booklet design, exhibition/ event materials, print, and digital ads; web design, GIF or motion graphic will be a big plus

• Familiar with design software including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and webflow would be a plus
