Web3 Group Product Manager, Asset Management

As the Group Product Manager of the 21Shares business line, you will be responsible for owning multiple technology product lines, including the digital assessment platform for exchange-traded product (ETP) issuance & operationalization and the customer experience platforms to build a direct channel relationship with institutional & retail customers. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive the development, launch, and growth of new and existing products to increase the assets under management (AUM) of the business line. You will also work closely with sales, marketing, operations, ETP product, and technology teams to ensure that products are aligned with stakeholder needs, customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the technology product roadmap for digital asset management business to drive growth and meet business objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends and use this knowledge to identify opportunities to expand.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify the problem to solve and then define product requirements, develop user stories, and prioritize features and enhancements for the business line.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product development and strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
• Manage a team of product managers and provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure their success while building a high performance culture
• Stay up-to-date with finance industry trends and developments, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree - Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred. MBA and/or CFA, a plus.
• At least 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and growing successful products in the financial industry.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of product managers in a product-led organization culture
• Strong knowledge and/or interest in digital asset management business
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building and stakeholder empathy skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This role is based in New York City and will be expected to work from our New York office in a hybrid model Monday - Wednesday.

(NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $240,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
