Head of Blockchain

• Lead and manage the company's blockchain efforts, setting goals and objectives and ensuring successful project delivery
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the company's Energy Coin initiatives, identifying and prioritising key opportunities and risks
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
• Develop and implement blockchain solutions, ensuring the highest levels of security, scalability, and performance
• Work collaboratively with other teams within the company to ensure that blockchain solutions are integrated seamlessly with other products and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments, ensuring that the company's blockchain solutions are compliant with applicable laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ Years in software development
• Experience in blockchain development, with a proven track record of success in delivering complex blockchain solutions
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and protocols, including Ethereum
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work
