Web3 Head of Growth & Capital Markets (TVL / AUM Lead)

Tharwa is building a next-generation, stable-token-led digital finance platform originating from the UAE and designed for global scale. The Head of Growth & Capital Markets will own total value locked (TVL) and assets under management (AUM) growth across both institutional allocators and DeFi distribution channels. 

This role is responsible for designing and executing the full go to market strategy that converts capital into sustainable TVL through partnerships, institutional onboarding, integrations, and disciplined incentive structures while maintaining transparency, capital efficiency, and regulatory awareness.
