About The Role

Six Clovers is an early stage startup and this is our first product hire. You’ll be responsible for overall product management of the next generation real-time payments infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be an individual who can make decisions with limited data, has a strong business acumen, is self-motivated, and possesses high energy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own product management from conception to launch.
• Align teams on a shared product vision and steer execution towards that vision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and steer product roadmap.
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development.
• Work closely with our customers and partners to ensure product interoperability.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Deep understanding of payments in one or more of following areas: Money-in, Money-out, and FX
• Fundamental understanding of blockchain technologies: Layer 1s, Layer 2s, and pertinent DeFi protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Experience working with GTM teams to bring a new financial products to market
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills.
• Passion for blockchain and financial markets.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves:

• Good understanding of blockchain technologies and DeFi.
• Experience working with international payment systems or crypto platforms is strongly preferred
• Experience with KYC, KYB, payment regulations, banking regulations, and compliance
• Experience building brand new products or working in a startup environment
