Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. We are trusted by over 280 million people in 100+ countries for our industry-leading security, user fund transparency, trading engine speed, deep liquidity, and an unmatched portfolio of digital-asset products. Binance offerings range from trading and finance to education, research, payments, institutional services, Web3 features, and more. We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.

About the Role
As a Product Manager in the Risk team, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of risk-related products that protect users and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks. You will work closely with engineering, data science, security, compliance, AML, fraud, and business teams to design scalable, data-driven solutions that keep Binance safe while ensuring a frictionless user experience.

Responsibilities:

    •  Product Strategy & Vision: Define product vision and roadmap for risk detection, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB improvements, transaction monitoring, and real-time risk scoring systems. Evaluate emerging risks in crypto trading, payments, P2P, futures, and DeFi-related products.
    • Execution & Delivery: Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, and operations to ship high-impact risk controls and infrastructure. Use data to identify gaps, design automated detection logic, and define key KPIs (e.g., false-positive rates, loss exposure, detection latency). Prioritize features based on risk severity, user impact, ROI, and operational feedback. Manage full product lifecycle from problem definition to launch, iteration, and optimization.
    • Technical & Risk Expertise: Understand algorithms for anomaly detection, risk scoring, pattern recognition, identity verification, blockchain intelligence, and anti-fraud systems. Collaborate with data scientists to build and refine ML-based models.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Compliance, AML, Legal, Security, Customer Support, and Country Ops teams to ensure risk solutions meet global standards. Communicate product decisions clearly across diverse teams, including executives.

Requirements:

    •  3–7+ years in Product Management in one or more of the following domains: Risk / Fraud / AML / Trust & Safety / Security or Fintech, payments, crypto, or trading platforms
    • Strong technical aptitude; able to work with engineers and data teams on system design and logic.
    • Proven ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact risk problems using data.
    • Experience designing risk decision engines, case management systems, or fraud detection tools is a strong plus.
    • Excellent communicator, able to translate complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Why Binance

• Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure
• Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment
• Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning
