Job Summary:

As the Marketing, Communications & Community Lead, you will develop and manage the organization’s marketing, communications, and social media strategy to engage both external stakeholders and the larger crypto community. This role involves defining brand voice, creating engaging content, managing social media presence, and supporting event strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and refine the brand voice, market positioning, and strategic messaging.
• Create and implement a robust communications strategy across multiple channels, including social media and long-form content.
• Collaborate with the team to manage and develop external-facing content, including the website and promotional materials.
• Regularly publish a range of social media content across various platforms.
• Support the organization’s events strategy, focusing on smaller, private gatherings.
• Work with external design partners to manage and enhance brand assets, including logos and design content.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing crypto-native marketing, communications, events, and community strategies.
• Strong knowledge of the crypto industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think independently and adapt flexibly.
• Social media proficiency, including editing and posting content across platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously, achieving desired outcomes while contributing to team projects.
• Core values include integrity, humility, intellectual curiosity, honesty, and direct communication. The team values open-mindedness and a dialectical approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role within a crypto-native company.
• Experience in events management for a crypto-focused organization.
• Basic understanding of asset management concepts.
