Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our Las Vegas office. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing external projects, and overseeing paid social media channels. You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting KPIs, identifying new opportunities, and creating out-of-the-box marketing strategies to help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growthManage external projects expansion and collaborations with partnersOversee paid social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) and implement effective ad campaignsDevelop creative and innovative marketing campaigns to reach target audiencesHost Twitter spaces and engage with community members to promote the VIMworld brandMonitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaignsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful marketing campaigns for the launches of our new products from our ecosystem's product suiteManage budgets and allocate resources effectivelyStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing strategiesDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partnersRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, and social media contentExperience in hosting Twitter spaces (livestream content) and engaging with community membersStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partnersAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing prioritiesBilingual Mandarin a plusExtroverted personality with a passion for creativity and brainstorming
