Position Title: Crypto Exchange Operations Intern

Work Location: New York, USA (On-site)

Job Summary

We seek a proactive, hands-on intern to support our daily exchange operations in New York. You will work closely with the operations team to streamline daily workflows, analyze market data, and assist with social media content execution for marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for candidates with a deep passion for cryptocurrency and Web3, sharp market insight, basic marketing and social media cognition, and a strong willingness to take on practical, hands-on tasks in a dynamic digital asset workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily core operations of the crypto exchange, including transaction data sorting, user account basic maintenance, operational document filing and routine process coordination to ensure the stable operation of the exchange.
• Conduct in-depth crypto market and Web3 industry research, track market trends, trading volume fluctuations and industry hotspots, collect and organize relevant data and insights to provide support for team operational and marketing decisions.
• Possess basic cognition of marketing strategies and mainstream social media platforms for the crypto industry, assist in hands-on social media content release, including content scheduling, posting and preliminary material sorting across platforms such as Twitter/X, Discord, LinkedIn and Reddit.
• Use Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) to complete data statistics, analysis and report generation, including sorting operational data, trading data and social media content engagement data.
• Cooperate with team members to complete cross-functional operational and marketing support work, actively undertake detailed and practical tasks, with a hardworking and responsible work attitude.
• Complete other ad-hoc operational and marketing support tasks assigned by the team supervisor, and respond flexibly to the dynamic needs of the crypto exchange.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields. Master’s degree holders are considered a strong plus. Must be currently based in or able to work on-site in New York.
• Strong passion and genuine interest in cryptocurrency, Web3 and blockchain industry, with basic understanding of crypto trading and digital asset market rules.
• Sharp market insight, able to quickly capture industry trends and user needs; with basic cognition of marketing strategies and crypto industry social media operation logic.
• Hands-on and hardworking, with strong execution ability, able to adapt to detailed and practical operational work, good at teamwork and problem-solving, with strong adaptability to the fast-paced crypto industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data sorting and basic function application), able to efficiently complete data processing and document work.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with good communication and logical thinking skills, detail-oriented and proactive in learning.
• Prior cryptocurrency trading experience is highly preferred; experience in crypto social media content operation or community management is a strong plus.
