Web3 Operations Director, C2C

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Business Metrics: With the primary goal of C2C business growth and market share dominance, design and formulate operational strategies aligned with business development objectives and drive their implementation.
  2. Establish a quality management system for merchants, create refined operational management mechanisms and processes based on different characteristics, and concurrently handle tasks related to merchant expansion, management, and maintenance.
  3. Delve into the needs of merchants/users, identify pain points for merchant/users, closely coordinate with product teams, drive the launch of product features, and create user-friendly products and excellent user experience
  4. Stay informed about latest trends in the C2C market, provide guiding opinions for product enhancements and business directions through the analysis of competitor products and market research.
Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years experiences， and proficiency in both English and Chinese.
2. Experience in the internet/finance/blockchain/digital currency industry, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in operations management.
3. Excellent industry awareness, hands-on experience in the front lines of business, and the ability to generate and implement ideas.
4. Strong logical thinking, outstanding communication and coordination skills, excellent analytical and execution capabilities.
