Janusea is seeking a Process and Efficiency Analyst to join our team! The Process and Efficiency Analyst is involved in overseeing the efficiency of internal procedures, internal documentation, and deliverables documentation presented to customers. It's their job to make sure an organization is running as well as it possibly can, with smooth and efficient internal processes and documentation that meets the expectations and needs of the executive team, staff, compliance/auditors, partners, investors, and customers, as needed by the executive team. This includes internal operations, people operations, and client deliverables.
Desired Skills and Experience:

• Microsoft O365 and software suite experience
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Clear and concise writing and communication skills Experience in project management
• Self-Motivated
• Leadership and Strategy
• Experience with Fintech/Tech companies. Experience with cloud platforms and tech services

Responsibilities:
Identify and/or remediate gaps in internal processes in the following areas:

• Internal Operations
• Compliance (SOC2)
• Sales (Documentation and Workflows)
• People Operations (HR)
• Support Services
• Other special projects sponsored by anyone on the executive team
• Create, Maintain, and/or coordinate the maintenance of documentation, processes, policies, reviews, training, checklists, etc.
• Apply branding and aesthetic techniques to internal and external documentation, reports, and electronic communications.
• Process improvements, efficiencies, and finding opportunities for automation
• Prepare and/or facilitate meetings and training sessions, as applicable
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Superb interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to details
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
• Ability to work in a team environment, meat deadlines and take on high level of responsibility and accountability.
