Web3 Product Analyst

We are looking for a curious and driven Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for polishing and defining Product Roadmaps for our IDO, INO Launchpads and new Company-wide initiatives. You will closely work with the Leadership Team, Marketing Teams, Engineers and Designers; leading them to prioritize the feature sets and shape the future of our Products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to think creatively + analytically to solve complex user problems. Additionally, you will participate in daily stand-ups, design reviews, usability testing, and iterate PRDs as well as User Stories based on feedback to ensure the best possible user experience.

 

Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy, roadmap, and business plan

Work closely with key stakeholders to define detailed product and business requirements

Engage in extensive User Acceptance Testing to ensure products are built to requirements

Work with other teams to help manage engagement with clients, internal and external parties

Actively manage product backlog, pre planning, prioritization and user story mapping sessions

Develop product documentation, specifications, wireframes, site-maps, and process flows

Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert management of changes to scope, timelines and resources

 

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner/Analyst, preferably in the Crypto or Gaming industries.

First hand experience in crypto industry (HODLER, DeFi enthusiast, Web3 newsletter subscription)

Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and project management Agile workflow (Jira ticketing, backlog grooming, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong quantitative and analysis skills, proficient in SQL and Excel

Intimate experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau and visual diagrams such as Miro or Lucidcharts

Strong grasp of information architecture and user experience best practices

Solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter

Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
