Responsibilities

We are looking for a full-time Product Manager who is responsible for planning and managing Shenzhen Tech team implementations and software roadmap features for our product and project.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with the development and product teams to define the product and project strategy.

2. Manage and maintain the product roadmap.

3. Work directly with client product managers and the dev team to test and release implementations.

4. Provide support & communicate with the Shenzhen & Hongkong product team.

5. Must be proactive and possess strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

6. Able to take the initiative and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Expertise:

1. 5 years of working experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or lead technical support role for software applications.

2. Demonstrated success in defining and launching software products.

3. Remote work using collaboration software like Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.

4. A Bachelor’s degree.

5. Technical background, with experience in software development.

6. Excellent teamwork skills.

7. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
