About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crypto Financial Senior Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing financial products roadmap under compliance and onshore market requirements, identifying market opportunities, and driving product growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cryptocurrency and finance, as well as experience of product manager and managing cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Define and execute the new financial product roadmap based on onshore market requirements and opportunities
- Conduct market research on both DeFi and CeFi crypto financial products and platforms. Analyze and identify user needs, upgrade the on-chain earn product and drive new financial product 0-1 launch
- Work closely with the internal legal team to complete a comprehensive evaluation and upgrade of existing financial products based on compliance requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design growth strategy of users and volume for onshore market financial products
- Collaborate with designers to ensure the product is user-friendly and visually appealing. Obtain approval from key senior management in the company on the proposed product design
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product development decisions
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product metrics
What We Look For In You:
- Must have a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry
- Familiar with trading and financial products (futures, spot, margin, options, etc.) and trading-related accounts (portfolio margin, unified account, etc.)
- Possess extensive knowledge and experience in the financial industry, with a proven ability to design and manage financial products for both retail and institutional clients
- Relevant experience in product management, preferably in cryptocurrency or fin-tech companies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Business proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in Chinese is a huge plus.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in the crypto industry with exposure to obtaining licenses and approvals for crypto-related businesses
- In-depth knowledge of local and international crypto regulations and emerging trends
