BlockFi is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team!

Your Mission

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will engage with candidates and hiring partners to facilitate a seamless experience throughout each phase of the hiring process. In addition, you will work closely with the Technical Recruiting Manager to identify ways to make our processes more efficient while continuously championing & elevating the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and members of the hiring team, communicate relative updates to recruiters in real-time and escalate blockers as needed
• Acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout each phase of the interview process
• Partner closely with our recruiters throughout the candidate lifecycle to improve upon existing processes and develop creative ways to attract new talent
• Develop relationships with our hiring partners and interviewers
• Assist with timely and accurate data input and documentation within Greenhouse
• Collaborate with Recruiting Operations and the broader People team in building diverse and inclusive hiring practices

Your Expertise

• 2+ years experience in recruiting coordination within a rapidly scaling environment
• Experience working with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships easily and with authenticity
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
• Creative, proactive thinker who actively seeks solutions and process improvements
• Startup or fin-tech experience a plus
