Company Description
ReFi Hub is building real-world financing solutions by connecting sustainable businesses with decentralized markets. We tokenize real-world assets (RWAs) to unlock private markets and deliver impactful solutions on Solana, and other EVM chains.
Tech Stack
- Frontend: VueJS 3 with Nuxt, along with viem, wagmi, and solana web3.js
- Backend: Nest.js, Node.js, MySQL, and ethers.js (6.0)
- Blockchain: Solidity for EVM smart contracts, Rust for Solana smart contracts, and Hardhat for EVM
- Server: AWS Lambda (Serverless architecture)
Responsibilities
Note: This role will involve managing existing Frontend, Backend, and smart contract engineers.
- Develop and enhance applications: Lead the design and implementation of new features, both on-chain and off-chain, for our platform.
- Developer management: Design project specifications to brief developer team, conduct code review of developerâs output, and manage developer team.
- End-to-end software development: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- System integration: Oversee multi-system integration across client, server, and architecture to ensure smooth functionality across all dApp components.
- Maintain code quality: Implement and uphold coding standards, with a focus on extensibility, maintainability, and comprehensive testing.
- Frontend development: Convert Figma designs into functional, efficient, and user-friendly UI components using full-stack web technologies, ensuring seamless performance and usability.
- Technology exploration: Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including Blinks, on-chain identity protocols, and cost-effective data storage solutions.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills with a proactive and independent work ethic.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Experience with blockchain development, particularly with the Solana client-side stack (e.g., wallet providers, Solana Token Program, etc.).
- Solid understanding of backend and frontend frameworks.
- Excellent system design and debugging skills.
