Web3 [REMOTE] Full stack engineer

Remote, US preferred - East Coast Time Zone Essential

Rate - $35 - $70 per hour depending on experience level

Hours - we anticipate around 10-20 hours per week. No more than 20 per week expected.

Contract duration - 3 months initially, possibly longer and rolling week to week thereafter

Our client is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join their company. You will work closely with our VP of Community and in house team to build exciting and engaging content for our social media channels.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a wide variety of content across all our platforms with a high level of creative freedom.

Our client is bridging real-world assets with digital ownership with a mission to make NFT transactions safe, secure, and legal. Their vision is to shift the NFT craze into a sustainable movement, where all world assets can be represented on-chain, and with the legal protection required.

What you will be doing:

Creating visual, audio and video based content for social media platforms
Design visually exciting digital images and other forms of social content that is designed to resonate with our target audience
Bring our mission to life through visual storytelling
Create and deliver design concepts, graphics, and social content for the Monax and Aspen brands
Assist and support with asset creation for the company’s websites
Work with other Monax stakeholders members to determine requirements for design output
Ensure brand consistency across all design and visual materials produced

So, in summary, who do we need? Someone who has:

2 years or more experience in a similar role
A degree in Graphic Design or a similar level of education
An eye for clean, beautiful and exciting design
Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, Premier, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other similar programs
Strong understanding of social media algorithms
Excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
Previous experience working in a fast-moving and evolving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Nice to have:

Experience with a venture-funded, high-growth technology/fintech startup
Experience in a blockchain or cryptocurrency firm
Previous experience working with NFTs
