Revenue Operations Analyst

This position is 100% remote, based in Mexico, and will report to the Business Operations & Strategy Executive
As the Revenue Operations Analyst you will...

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), payback period, and compensation calculations, to inform revenue-generating strategies that align with our OKRs.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Help design and implement efficient workflows and processes to ensure our revenue operations team can perform at their highest potential.
  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership and other stakeholders, identifying areas of opportunity for revenue growth and developing strategies to drive change.
  • Build and maintain revenue reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into our revenue performance and inform key decision-making
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and support of company objectives.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, commercial teams, finance or analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skill
  • Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement
