Web3 Security Analyst

Agility Partners is looking for a Security Investigator/Analyst to join our client's group that is leading the fight against cybercrime to protect customers and promote trust in their products. They fight cybercrime globally through the innovative application of technology, forensics, civil actions, criminal referrals, and public/private partnerships while protecting the security and privacy of their customers. In this role, you will:

In this role, you will:

• Use advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to identify, investigate, disrupt, and dismantle sophisticated online criminal networks that are behind cybercrimes such as Business Email Compromise, Tech Support Fraud, Malware and Ransomware
• Work with partner teams with leads regarding ransomware threats that have occurred
• Use internal & external data sets to find who created the threat
• Draft stories to law enforcement and conduct civil lawsuits

The Ideal Candidate:

• Advanced skills in KQL, SQL, and Scope
• Good understanding of computer network protocols and communication channels
• Strong cryptocurrency and blockchain investigative skills preferred.
• Experience in producing technical reports from large data sets
• Familiarity with Python and Jupyter Notebook a plus
• Familiarity with ransomware investigations a plus
• Good understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Azure experience
