Web3 Security Compliance Analyst

About the role:

As a Security Compliance Analyst, you will focus on facilitating the reduction of risk to our environment through effective communications and partnerships. You will be responsible for communicating information to auditors, regulators, and leaders while partnering with internal teams to facilitate successful compliance and review exercises across multiple domains.

You will:

• Assist with annual planning and owning core compliance tasks
• Manage relationships with industry stakeholders, external & internal regulators, internal application, server support, and IS teams, as well as legal partners
• Present compliance audit objectives, scope, and results to senior management, clearly articulating the potential impact of control gaps in a highly professional and proficient manner
• Manage and facilitate the assimilation of evidence, scans, and other artifacts
• Assist with response efforts to implement process improvements in response to findings and recommendations from regulators, internal and external Quality Assessment Reviews, maturity assessments, and first and second-line business partner recommendations
• Validate that actions or decisions taken to address risks are appropriate and report appropriately
• Look for creative, alternate solutions to promote and support consistency, streamline, or automation opportunities.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with regulators and internal stakeholders/teams- develop objectives, set the plan, and generate content
• Create high-quality and executive-ready documentation and presentations

An ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years working in a fast-paced role
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (PCI, NIST, CIS, GDPR)
• Working knowledge of macOS
• Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
• Exposure to HR Software like Rippling is a plus
• Ability to work in both team environments and as an individual contributor
• Ability to travel if needed
