About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our mission by analyzing large datasets and translating them into actionable insights for our clients. We specialize in leveraging on-chain and off-chain data for attribution and game management, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for our partners. You will play a crucial role in delivering insights that inform critical decisions and drive game growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad-hoc reporting:
  • Develop and deliver insights on player engagement, monetization, and game performance.
  • Respond to data requests from various stakeholders across the company.
  • Create custom dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets.
• Data analysis:
  • Use your expertise in SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources including on-chain and off-chain data.
  • Identify trends and patterns in player behavior to inform game design and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement statistical models for attribution and other key metrics.
• Visualization & Delivery:
  • Leverage Sigma and other data visualization tools to communicate complex insights in a clear and compelling way.
  • Present findings to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to integrate data insights into product features.
• Core Platform Development:
  • Design and build dashboards that provide actionable insights to game developers.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand platform requirements.
  • Implement dashboards using our proprietary data visualization tools and APIs.
  • Ensure dashboards are visually appealing, user-friendly, and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze dashboard usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Expertise in SQL and Python programming languages.
• Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in Sigma and other relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High degree of urgency.
• Passion for the gaming industry and a desire to leverage data to improve games.
