Senior Manual QA - Blockchain

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with the IT team to identify system requirements and design tests for Nexo's blockchain platform.
• Define the test plans, write and executing test cases, report timely on outcomes
• Continuously improve testing practices
• Contribute to documentation on test practices, environments and tools
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on quality and software development practices in the company
• Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices
• Work in small autonomous teams with short release cycles

What We Look For:

• 2+ years of QA experience working on high-availability web platforms
• Experience of working in agile software development teams
• Experience with git, Docker & Postman
• Good knowledge of the SDLC & STLC
• A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
• Solid experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to the delegated tasks and responsibilities
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Goal-oriented and a strong team-player - we succeed and fail together
