Senior Partner Success Manager - Blockchain Gaming

Reach's Specialty Products team is about launch a NFT gaming ecosystem called Game Jam Protocol, a completely decentralized gaming ecosystem that allows unprecedented utility and levelling up of players' gaming assets in the form of smart NFTs. The ** Partner Success Manager** will report directly to our Director of Gaming, and will be in charge of sourcing and onboarding game studios for Game Jam and establishing partnerships to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy and launch. Ideal candidates will have ample business development experience in the gaming industry and experience releasing several successful games.

Main Responsibilities:

• Source potential developers and publishers for Game Jam
• Build relationships with those companies and game studios
• Attract and balance a diverse portfolio of game genres
• Negotiate “win-win” agreements with potential developer/publisher partner companies
• Evangelize Game Jam to potential partners and gaming studios
• Gather and share feedback with the Game Jam team
• Craft TCRs (technical certification requirements) relevant to the Game Jam protocol and socialize them out to development partners
• Ensure developers are properly adhering to the TCRs

Requirements:

• 8 Years game industry experience; at least 4 of those in business development
• Experience releasing successful games to market
• Experience negotiating and closing development and/or publishing agreements
• Partner relationship experience

Nice to Haves:

• Contacts and relationships with platform holders (Xbox, PS, Nintendo, Steam, Epic Store, Apple, Google Play Store)
• Hands-on experience with game development platforms such as Unity and Unreal
• Passion in the crypto and gaming spaces
• Love for crafting epic experiences for players
• Community management experience
