About the position

The Senior Project Manager position will join our fast-growing Global Services team to act as a focal point for project related tasks and escalations for Keyfactor customers. This individual will be directly accountable for the success of their projects, requiring extensive cross functional collaboration.

Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status.

RESPONSIBILITIES

On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for both Keyfactor and customer personnel for 10-15 enterprise implementation projects. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, and blockers within a comprehensive Project plan
  • Regular attendance in customer facing calls and video conferences, taking lead on communicating detailed technical information between internal Keyfactor and external Customer resources
  • Creates, maintains, and distributes project specific communications to key stakeholders
  • Routine monitoring and updating of project notes and technical work items to ensure prioritization of tasks and achievement of Customer’s requested outcomes
  • Serve as a “tier 1” escalation point for technical, account, and project related concerns from Customer
  • Participate as a leader within the PMO, driving positive change and growth by establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to mature the PMO, and over arching Global Services and Keyfactor, organization

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, project management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships, and lead and develop team members
  • Strong understanding of technology such as software, networking, and system development
  • Experience with different project management frameworks, including waterfall and agile
  • Experience managing/interacting with 3rd party reseller/providers
  • Preferred: PMI or PMP certification
  • Preferred: Background of software/technical project management
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of Salesforce, SmartSheet, MS Project, Visio
  • Preferred: Previous experience with management/coordination for professional services program

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
