The Role 🔧

 
We need a Senior Rust Engineer to help us build high-performance systems that chew through millions of Solana transactions in real-time.
 
Fair warning: this is a startup. Long hours, fast iteration, lots of ownership. If you want a 9-to-5, this isn't it. If you want to build something that matters and ship code that actually runs in production—keep reading.
 
 

What You Bring 📋

 
The Non-Negotiables
 

• 4+ years writing production Rust
• Expert-level Solana knowledge (you understand transactions, programs, RPC, Geyser—all of it)
• Deep expertise in parallelism & concurrency (tokio, rayon, async patterns, lock-free structures)
• Microservice architecture experience
• Solid with PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, and ClickHouse
• Worked with RabbitMQ or similar message queues
• Comfortable with gRPC and WebSockets

Bonus Points ⭐
 

• EVM/Ethereum experience
• Familiarity with Carbon or other Solana decoders
• Kubernetes knowledge
• Background in trading systems or financial data
• You've built real-time streaming pipelines before
