We use our lending originations, servicing, and blockchain infrastructures to provide direct-to-consumer and business-to-business product lines. Our disruptive products significantly impact the team and the company's growth. Figure Technology Solutions wants to grow its engineering team with a Senior Technical Product Manager. The ideal candidate will drive the development of our technical products from concept to launch. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with the company's strategic goals.    What You’ll Do:

 Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our technical products  Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on business priorities and technical feasibility   Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and industry trends to inform product decisions  Work closely with design and user experience teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user interface   Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and enable successful product launches   Monitor product performance and conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement  Serve as a subject matter expert for the technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders 

  What We Look For:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus   5+ years experience successfully shipping products and features  Proven track record of successfully managing technical products from concept to launch   Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies   Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams   Solid analytical and problem solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to making decisions  Experience working in an agile development environment   Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve common goals

The salary range is $127,600.00 to $159,500.00 with a 25% Bonus Target plus Equity. We focus all hiring in the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, city and/or other factors.
