Web3 Senior Unity Graphics/Pipeline Engineer

As a Senior Unity Graphics/Pipeline Engineer, you will be responsible for making the game look /mobile) by implementing shaders, scenegraph optimizations, etc.

As well as creating superb visual effects which run at a silky-smooth framerate. excellent on all platforms (PC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with artists, designers, and other programmers to determine the visual needs of the game
  
  

• Evaluate requirements to hit visual targets for the various different platforms (PC & mobile)
  
  

• Establish an effective strategy and development pipeline to implement requirements
  
  

• Implement mechanism for graceful visual degradation of graphics quality settings based on hardware capability
  
  

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  
  

• Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games
  
  

• Identify process and application bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner

Key Requirements:

• At least 6+ years of experience working on graphics/pipeline-related code
  
  

• At least 3+ years building AAA-quality games in Unity
  
  

• Deep experience/knowledge about modern Unity rendering pipelines, URP/HDRP
  
  

• Mastery-level skills in shader graph/HLSL
  
  

• Solid knowledge of VFX graphs as well as legacy effects pipelines
  
  

• Strong 3D math skills
  
  

• Shipped at least 2 titles on PC, console, and/or mobile platforms
  
  

• Ability and desire to work in a rapid-iteration environment
  
  

• Strong C# object-oriented programming and scripting language skills
  
  

Experience working with game assets (meshes, animations, materials, etc.)
