p0x labs is a world-class cryptography team specializing in designing ZK-enabled systems, networks, products, and services. We are core contributors to Manta Network and are launching upcoming networks and zk-enabled dapps for EVM.
We are looking for a self-starting social media manager who can operate the voice of our upcoming various networks, products, and services (not including Manta or Calamari Network) through social channels and online events. As the communicator between the team and the rest of the world, you are responsible for accurately upholding the brand identity. You work closely with the marketing team to assist you in crafting this messaging.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a self-starting social media manager who can operate the voice of our upcoming various networks, products, and services (not including Manta or Calamari Network) through social channels and online events. As the communicator between the team and the rest of the world, you are responsible for accurately upholding the brand identity. You work closely with the marketing team to assist you in crafting this messaging.
Responsibilities
- Accurately reflect the brand through all social media channels including Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
- Achieve key growth and engagement milestones with the community
- Hosting live and recorded online events on Twitter Spaces, Crowdcast, Discord, and YouTube
- Grow our social media presence in new funnels including YouTube and Instagram
- Build relationships and engagement with key opinion leaders through social media
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on key messaging and topics/announcements
- Draft and publish announcements and other social media messaging
- Maintain a content calendar to schedule important messages
- Coordinate with the design team to create effective banners, infographics, and other forms of easily understandable media
- Follow timely web3 and social media trends to bring our various products and services into the conversation
- Design and implement strategies for viral content exposure
- Publish the newsletter of announcements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of social media management at a web3 project (Ethereum community preferred)
- Experienced degen, actively uses various dapp products and services
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to publish clear, goal-oriented communication
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to form succinct and powerful narratives
- Analytical skills to quickly digest social media data into actionable insights
- Strong passion for web3 products and services
- Strong passion for on-chain privacy
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences (virtual and in-person)
- Experience with leading online events as a host
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to clearly define and prioritize tasks
Preferred but Not Required
- Deep understanding of ZKP primitives, circuits, and how ZKP works
- Deep understanding of how EVM/Ethereum/Dapps work
- English, Political Science, or Psychology major
- Strong personal brand in the web3 space
