You will:

• Develop, coordinate and execute marketing and communications initiatives that advance the company's mission, business, marketing priorities, and culture.
• Lead the creation of external communications related to blogs, press releases, social media, events, web copy, and community updates.
• Develop competitive marketing insights on news and trends within the decentralized technology ecosystem.
• Support the planning, management, and execution of both company-owned and third-party events across the globe.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and effectiveness as marketing countermeasures.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs and success metrics.
• Coordinate with agency resources to maximize output and develop innovative materials

Who you are:

• A passionate & multi-faceted marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience
• Someone who knows the ins and outs of all major social media platforms, with the curiosity to tackle anything new & emerging
• A writer who can match brand tone and voice to tell our brand story
• A results-oriented self-starter with proven experience of driving projects from conception to completion
• Organized, detail-oriented, and “eagle eyed” when it comes to proofing
• Able to juggle multiple projects at the same time without breaking a sweat
• Collaborative, inquisitive, and great at finding creative solutions with the team
