About the opportunity
As the Transaction Monitoring Product Manager, you will own and build Okcoin's transaction monitoring system and manage the roadmap to ensure that our product meets regulatory requirements and protects our customers from bad actors. The scope of this role includes developing a transaction monitoring platform, integrating with best in class vendors, deploying and monitoring models, and building efficient tooling for our investigations teams. What You'll be Doing:
- Deeply understand transaction monitoring tools such as on-chain, market surveillance, fiat monitoring, etc.
- With product architect capability, the candidate should be able to design the product not only from functionality level but also product architect level to create a future proof product which should be flexible to support future compliance rule changes, new scenarios.
- Work closely with compliance, investigations, and engineering to define product specifications, review technical solutions, and prioritize projects
- Able to conduct in-depth competitor analysis, understand the best practices in market and getting consensus from compliance & operational teams to for transaction monitoring tools
- Build operational maturity for product development and execution and represent product to business stakeholders and executive leadership
- Define and monitor KPIs for products and models while leading feature teams towards workflow, UX and design optimization to better meet targets
- Drive product discussions with key stakeholders to ensure the product-line is meeting customer needs and market demand
- Assume accountability for product roadmaps, resource allocation, release cadence, testing and beta programs
What We Look For In You:
- Minimum of 3 years of product management, TPM, or software engineering experience, preferably experience with crypto, compliance, regtech, or fintech
- A track record of success launching highly scalable and successful products within crypto, compliance, regtech, or fintech industries
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business Stakeholders
- Ability to understand and assess engineering, design and schedule tradeoffs
- Have an eye for good design and user experience
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Have worked with and built successful products with remote development teams
- Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, Defi and blockchain technology
- BA/BS technical degree or equivalent
Nice to Haves:
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Previous experience building transaction monitoring or market surveillance programs

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $136,000 to $270,000.
The salaryoffered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
